CitationBench is operated by the team at Synscribe. When the platform is generally available, this page will cover:

• Account eligibility, account security, and acceptable use.
• API and MCP server usage limits, rate limits, and credit accounting.
• Workspace scoping and multi-tenant boundaries.
• Service availability, deprecation policy (12-month window on /v1/ API changes), and incident communication.
• Data ownership — your data is yours; we operate on it under instruction.
• Payment, billing cycles, and refunds.
• Confidentiality, indemnification, and limitation of liability.
• Termination and effect of termination.
• Governing law and dispute resolution.
